🏨 Ginto Hotels is revitalizing the emblematic Maison Saint-Louis in Marseille's Noailles district by rebranding it to Hotel Amista, set to open next April. Paying tribute to its 18th-century architecture and Marseille's history as a gateway for "indiennes" cotton fabrics, the hotel aims to meld cultural heritage with a Provençal lifestyle. Hotel Amista, which means friendship in Provençal, will offer an elegant, simple, and authentically Mediterranean experience.

🏨 Hyatt Place Gothenburg Central celebrated its official opening in Göteborg's central train station, introducing 300 rooms to the city's lodging options. This marks a significant step in Hyatt's Scandinavian expansion. Located at the heart of Göteborg, the hotel offers connectivity and convenience to both business and leisure travelers, with nearby attractions like Liseberg amusement park, Göteborg archipelago, and Ullevi stadium.

🏨 Accor entered exclusive negotiations on April 17, 2025, to acquire 17 management contracts from Royal Holiday Group, totaling 3,200 rooms across beach resorts and urban hotels. The deal is worth $79 million, with a $130 million renovation plan for the next 30 months. This growth, part of Accor's "asset-light" strategy, strengthens their presence in Latin America and North America, with properties in Mexico, Argentina, Puerto Rico, and the USA. Portfolio includes six all-inclusive resorts in Mexico (1,660 keys) managed by Ennismore, and eleven hotels and resorts (1,540 keys) by Accor PM&E Americas. Rixos brand makes its American debut with rebranding of three properties in Cancun, Cozumel, and Puerto Vallarta post-renovation, while three retain their original branding, and others will be repositioned under Swissôtel, Mercure, Mercure Living, or ibis Styles.

🏡 Miiro launched its first UK establishment, Templeton Garden, in London's historical Earl's Court, expanding its European presence following openings in Paris, Barcelona, and Gstaad. The hotel boasts 156 rooms and suites with contemporary and traditional English design elements, some featuring private gardens or balconies, designed in collaboration with London's Thurstan studio. Templeton Garden offers British cuisine at Pippin's restaurant, seasonal drinks at Sprout bar, and a café, Pip's, for pastries and coffee. 🏡 In Palma, the Hôtel Victoria Gran Meliá, originally inaugurated in the 1920s and known for hosting the elite, has reopened after a €12 million renovation by Victoria Hotels & Resorts, Meliá, Bankinter Investment, and GMA. 🏨 Starhotels has reopened the 5-star Hôtel Gabrielli in Venice after a conservative restoration. Located at Riva degli Schiavoni, near Saint Mark's Square, this 14th-century palace faces the island of San Giorgio Maggiore. Owned by the Perkhofer family since 1856, the hotel is now part of Starhotels Collezione, which includes the Helvetia & Bristol in Florence and the Hôtel d’Inghilterra in Rome.
