🗺 Paris je t’aime, October 2025, Paris: In a dynamic tourist quarter, the Paris Tourism Office launched a new app and 56 tourist info points in Paris and Grand Paris. Despite September 10 and 18 and October 2 strikes, overall tourist numbers remained stable (+0.1% vs 2023), with declines only on strike days (-18.9% on September 10, -9% on September 18, and -8% on October 2). The aim is sustainable tourism for improved resident quality of life.

🏨 Inaugurated on October 7, 2025, in Varennes-lès-Mâcon near the A406 and A6 highways, and the Mâcon-Loché TGV station, the new B&B HOTEL offers 97 rooms. Managed by a couple from Besançon, it focuses on business and family stays with breakfast and a B&B Shop. The hotel partners with Take a Waste for sustainable waste management. 🎄 Paris La Défense hosts Île-de-France’s largest Christmas market from November 13 to December 28, 2025. Last year's event attracted over 1.5 million visitors. 🏖 La Résidence Club Le Serra Neva**** ouvre en décembre à Serre Chevalier avec 170 hébergements pour 2 à 8 personnes. Proche des pistes avec une navette électrique, elle propose un spa et une piscine chauffée. Certifiée NF Habitat HQE, BiodiverCity®, et prochainement Clef Verte, elle est durable avec une toiture végétalisée et panneaux solaires. En partenariat avec Terrésens, MMV ouvre aussi Les Sources de Canopée à Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc et L’Étoile de la Vanoise à Champagny-en-Vanoise.

🏨 Entre St. Pauli et Sternschanze, l'hôtel Pacific d'Hambourg passera de 52 à 110 chambres grâce au concept modulaire de CityHub. Ce projet débutera fin 2025 avec une ouverture prévue en 2027. CityHub vise à offrir une expérience moderne et abordable en réutilisant le bâtiment existant pour réduire les coûts et l'empreinte carbone. Remco Gerritsen, CEO de CityHub, considère Hambourg comme un site idéal pour l'expansion en raison de sa croissance et de sa diversité culturelle.

📈 À la Fondation Palladio, le 16 octobre 2023, l’Observatoire de l’Immobilier Durable (OID) et le Plan Bâtiment Durable ont lancé une charte pour adapter l'immobilier au changement climatique. 📍 9 octobre 2025, Angers - 11e Universités du Tourisme Durable : 600 professionnels du secteur se sont rassemblés autour de la thématique « Le Vivant ». Organisée par l’Association Acteurs du Tourisme Durable, cette journée a accueilli 50 intervenants partageant leurs expériences et outils pour intégrer le développement durable dans le tourisme.
