📗 Destination Rennes, three years after its initial certification, has had its ISO 20121 certification for responsible event management renewed, highlighting its sustainable development efforts at the Couvent des Jacobins. Achievements include installing 11 water fountains to reduce single-use plastic, avoiding 25,376 plastic bottles in 2023, equivalent to the carbon footprint of 44 Paris-Rennes car trips. Additionally, it achieved 100% local suppliers for coffee breaks and introduced a locally made roasted spelt drink alternative to traditional coffee.
