🌊 128 restaurateurs across 7 European countries have signed the Ocean Friendly Restaurant charter by Surfrider Foundation. This initiative aims to combat overfishing and plastic waste. Signees commit to 8 mandatory criteria, including no styrofoam or single-use plastic, predominantly local, seasonal, or organic menu items with clear origins, and no threatened species offered. Ocean Friendly Restaurants are found in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, Portugal, Spain, and Bulgaria.

🏠 VINCI Immobilier signed a sale promise with Maubeuge-Val de Sambre agglomeration community to develop a mixed-use project in Maubeuge, featuring 61 homes, an 80-room 3* hotel, 1,000 m² of office space, and 1,100 m² of retail space.
