🏡 In the face of economic, political, and environmental uncertainties, the Observatoire de l'Immobilier Durable (OID) in France published its Barometer on energy and environmental performance of buildings (BPE) in 2023, analyzing over 31,200 buildings or 113 million m² of residential and tertiary real estate. 🌍 MAGORA, a leader in managed real estate, launched its own CSR label, the Charte Verte, featuring 30 demanding criteria. The label, already implemented in 36 Odalys Vacances and Odalys City establishments, aligns with Atout France's 100% RSE criteria and most Clé Verte obligatory criteria. The Charte Verte, part of MAGORA's CSR efforts focusing on environmental preservation, societal solidarity, and responsible employment and governance, aims to expand to other brand establishments.

🏨 Accor expands in Spain with two new hotels: Novotel Valencia Lavant and Ibis Styles Santander. Novotel Valencia Lavant, the first of the brand in Valencia, offers 370 rooms with a contemporary design. The hotel, strategically located between the city center and Palacio de Congresos, includes a two-level rooftop terrace with a pool and bar. The Sundukovy Sisters Design & Architecture Studio designed the property, aligning with Accor's sustainability standards.
