Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey et Jérôme Schilling, Hôtel & Lodge Awards 2024
🍴 Anne-Marie Cattelain-Le Dû awarded 2E PRIX at the Hôtel & Lodge Awards 2024 in the CHEF.FE category. Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey celebrated its 400th anniversary in 2018 by opening a boutique hotel within its 18-hectare vineyard, a classified first growth in AOC Sauternes, offering 3 suites and 10 rooms under Relais & Châteaux. Jérôme Schilling, a MOF with 2 Michelin stars, leads the gastronomic table, incorporating vineyard elements into his dishes. Signature dishes include pigeon from Brannens and a dessert named "Le Brouillard du Ciron au yuzu et caviar." Lalique creations enhance Schilling's stellar cuisine.
