La Nauve Hôtel & Jardin et Anthony Carballo, Hôtel & Lodge Awards 2024
🍴 Anthony Carballo, a chef trained at Yannick Alléno's Le Meurice, wins 3E PRIX at the Hôtel & Lodge Awards 2024 for the category CHEF.FE. Located in a former cognac house on the banks of the Charente, the chic and bucolic Relais & Châteaux hotel boasts two restaurants, Brasserie des Flâneurs and Les Notes, for its mere 12 rooms. Carballo, also a gardener and fisherman, was involved in the hotel's development from its orchard and garden creation to the interior design that features classic marble floors and moldings. The hotel opened a year ago and Carballo had been on-site eight months prior to its launch.
