🏥 Meliá Hotels International announced the passing of its Honorary Chairman and Founder, Gabriel Escarrer Juliá, on November 26, 2024, at the age of 89. A pioneering figure in tourism, Escarrer founded the company at 21 in Mallorca and led it for over six decades.
