🍳 David Martin, a prominent French chef, has been recognized in the Hôtel & Lodge Awards 2025 for his innovative culinary approach in Brussels. Since December, he's led the restaurant at the Corinthia Brussels, located in the historic Astoria site in the Botanique district. With a youthful team, including 24-year-old chef Jean Kaczmarek, they craft inventive 7, 10, or 12-course menus. Their culinary artistry complements the restaurant's classic aesthetic.
