📈 Marriott International ended its license agreement with Sonder Holdings Inc., initially signed in 2024, which included 7,700 hotel residences. The agreement provided access to the Bonvoy loyalty program and $15 million in financial support. Sonder, listed on the New York Stock Exchange, expanded to over 9,000 rooms in 170 locations globally. However, Sonder's financial health deteriorated, prompting an SEC warning about potential default, leading Marriott to sever ties.

📈 Hyatt Hotels' Q3 2025 results show a 0.3% increase in revenue per available room compared to Q3 2024. Net room growth reached 12.1%, with 7.0% growth excluding acquisitions. The net income was $49 million, with adjusted net income at $29 million. Diluted EPS was $0.51, and adjusted diluted EPS was $0.30. Gross commissions rose by 5.9% to $283 million, while adjusted EBITDA increased by 5.6% to $291 million. The management/franchise contract portfolio grew by 4.4% to around 141,000 rooms.
