H8 Collection hotels are located in scenic French regions, including Les Hauts de Loire, Castel Beau Site, Le Vieux Castillon, La Maison d’Uzès, and Hôtel Mathis in Paris.

📚 Dimitri Ruiz has been appointed as Zone Director in the Hospitality and Catering Division of Groupe Ben Touch, led by Benjamin Erisoglu, during an expansion phase. Ruiz, with over 25 years in luxury hospitality, has worked at renowned establishments like Fouquet’s Paris and Four Seasons Genève. Previously, he was President of Clefs d’Or France. This strategic role aims to support growth through new investments and establishment openings in France and internationally in upcoming months.

🏨 Emmanuel Schott, with over 30 years in luxury hospitality, becomes the new CEO of H8 Collection. Recently acquired by Groupe Labruyère, H8 Collection aims to expand while maintaining its identity. The partnership with Labruyère, a family-run wine sector leader, aligns with shared values of authenticity and territorial attachment. Schott, formerly with Groupe des Hôtels Concorde and Tiara Hotels & Resorts, values the dual ownership and management model of H8 for its agility and vision.

📅 Emmanuele Selvaggi, avec 18 ans d'expérience dans l'hôtellerie de luxe, sera nommé Hotel Manager au Rosewood London à partir du 16 juin 2025. Il a commencé sa carrière au Four Seasons Boston et a travaillé dans plusieurs villes, dont Genève, Doha, Prague, Londres et Florence. En 2024, son équipe Front Office a enregistré les revenus d'upselling les plus élevés depuis l'ouverture de l'hôtel. Rosewood London a ouvert ses portes en 2013 à Holborn.

🍴 Fourth edition of the Michelin Guide in Dubai on May 22, 2025, saw FZN by Björn Frantzén, located at Atlantis, The Palm, earn three Michelin stars. Björn Frantzén is now the only chef with three restaurants holding three Michelin stars each. Inspired by Frantzén in Stockholm and Zén in Singapore, FZN offers a nine-course tasting menu in a Scandinavian setting. The restaurant also boasts a wine cellar with over 1,600 selections.

🏨 Millennium Downtown New York becomes M Social, a rebranding aimed at "young at heart" travelers, located opposite the Oculus. 569 rooms are renovated, with the lobby moved to the 3rd floor, providing bright, open spaces and a new dining area. The transformation follows M Social's success at Novotel Times Square in 2021. New York's hotel sector sees a revenue per available room of $272 in April 2025, reflecting the evolving Manhattan landscape as a mixed-use district.
