🏦 Wissem Souifi, since 2017 the head of Laico Tunis Hotel, Spa & Conference Center, has been reappointed to lead the property, owned by the Libyan African Investment Company. The establishment, located in the Tunisian capital, is set to become Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Center Blu in October 2024. This will mark the fourth Radisson property in Tunis.

🏗 Trained architect and engineer Pauline Escouflaire (ESTP-ENSA Paris La Villette, 2018) has been leading major projects for 3 years at "PSC Hospitality". She joined Paris Society in 2022 as "Project Manager" and has now been promoted to "Head of Consulting". Escouflaire previously served as "Head of Interior Design for Hospitality" at Suitcase Hospitality before her tenure at PSC Hospitality.

🏨 Olivier Dufit named General Manager of "The Originals Human, Hotels & Resorts" cooperative, succeeding Philippe Marguet who joined the group in 2001. Dufit was appointed Director of Marketing, Communication, E-commerce & CSR in 2020 and became Deputy General Manager in July 2023. The brand history spans over 50 years, starting with Inter-Hotel in Toulouse in 1967 and Relais du Silence in Rhône-Alpes in 1968. By 2009, Inter-Hotel launched P'tit Dej-Hotel and Qualys-Hotel. In 2010, Inter-Hotel and Relais du Silence merged, forming SEH United Hoteliers, the 1st cooperative group of independent hoteliers.

📈 Anna Fedou, ESSEC MBA graduate (2007), with 12 years’ experience in sector-specific challenges from concept to operational deployment, including roles at Sofitel's marketing direction and as Commercial and Marketing Director at Sources de Caudalie, will contribute her expertise to Beaumier brand's growth and visibility. Her strategic vision will focus on bespoke marketing plans, brand identity, digital marketing, and departmental autonomy enhancement, alongside the anticipated opening of the Grand Hôtel Belvédère in Wengen, Switzerland, this summer. Over the past three years, she has been instrumental in Groupe Beaumier's expansion and integration of new properties.

📍 Syahreza Ishwara appointed as General Manager of Anantara Koh Yao Yai Resort & Villas, by Minor Hotels. With a degree in hospitality and restaurant management from the University of North Texas, Ishwara's career began in 2014 at Anantara Chiang Mai Resort. Since 2022, he has been the General Manager of Anantara Ubud Bali, and his international experience includes roles at Rayavadee Resort Krabi and Four Seasons Resort Langkawi. His expertise aligns with Minor Hotels' vision of excellence and nature conservation.

📅 Anna Fedou joins Beaumier as Brand and Marketing Director and Comex member, tasked with energizing brand development and visibility and consolidating her team. Her role includes custom marketing plans for each hotel, reinforcing brand identity, expanding digital marketing, and redefining roles to boost departmental autonomy. With 12 years of experience, Fedou's background includes marketing leadership at Sofitel, commercial and marketing direction at Les Sources de Caudalie, and consulting with LVMH.

🍴 Jorick Dorignac and Clotaire Poirier competed in the Top Chef finale at Hotel George V, Paris. After 10 hours, with teams of former opponents, Poirier scored 34 points from the jury but Dorignac won with 56.54% of the votes from Croix Rouge volunteers. Dorignac’s menu featured Saint-Jacques, roasted veal, and a faux pain perdu dessert. Dorignac, a Gironde native, had trained in various esteemed kitchens and is set to become the executive chef of Maisons Le Quellec in October.

Known for her chocolate millefeuille, Riot oversees desserts at Rivages and the hotel's sweet offerings, aiming to delight Parisians with her culinary creations.
