He will manage operations in London, Paris, and Amsterdam. Previously, he was General Manager at Shangri-La in Oman, handling over 640 rooms, and at Shangri-La Sydney, overseeing operations in Australasia.

📈 Philippe Kronberg, with over 30 years of luxury hospitality experience, will support key European assets like Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London, and Mandarin Oriental, Paris. Notably, Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris, joined the portfolio in April 2025. The Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium, Amsterdam, has been under the brand since January 14, enhancing the group's European capital presence. This strategy focuses on iconic hotels in prime locations, emphasizing operational discipline and premium pricing sustainability.

📚 Marine Charles, boasting 20 years in management and strategy, joins Groupe Duval to enhance strategic and operational guidance. Her extensive experience spans consulting, industry, and retail sectors. Educated at Sciences Po Paris and HEC Entrepreneurs, her career highlights include roles at OC&C Strategy Consultants, Groupe Casino, Saint-Gobain, and B&B HOTELS. She has also served on Tarkett's supervisory board. Her appointment aims to optimize asset performance and support long-term international growth.

🏨 Thomas Robert, appointed General Manager of Hôtel SAX Paris LXR Hotels & Resorts in November 2025, will oversee its growth in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. This 5-star hotel opened in April 2025. Robert, with over 15 years in luxury hospitality, previously managed Hôtel Grand Powers for over four years. His past roles include management at Peninsula Paris and BON Paris. He reports to Ali Nasser of Compagnie de Phalsbourg.
