GDS bookings have risen by 1%, indicating Europe as the most active region globally as of September 2024. OTA's share in Europe dropped from 35% to 33%, while CRS fell from 6% in 2019 to 4% in 2024. U.S. CRS market share decreased from 8% to 6%, and in Canada from 8% to 5%; China saw a shift towards direct bookings, now over 51%.

🏨 In Marfa, Texas, El Cosmico hotel expands with a 3D-printed addition, using a giant printer to create 43 new hotel units and 18 homes on 16 hectares. Collaboration between owner Liz Lambert, ICON from Austin, and Bjarke Ingels Group, aiming to complete by 2026 with rates of $200-$450 per night. The Vulcan printer measures 15m wide, 5m high, weighs 4.75 tons, and uses Lavacrete for construction.

La TVA hôtelière à 12,5 % ?
