🎉 On April 13-14, 2025, the second edition of GHR's "new summits" took place at La Folie Douce in Val d'Isère, Savoie, with over 120 hospitality professionals, executives, and politicians. Opened by Nathalie Delattre, Minister Delegate for Tourism, and co-organized by Catherine Quérard (GHR President), Arnaud Gobled (GHR Auvergne Rhône-Alpes President), and Luc Reversade (owner of La Folie Douce), the event focused on AI, ecology, employment, and training. Thomas Yung of Artiref provided a practical view on AI utilization in business management and optimization.

🍴 Sirha Omnivore x Paris Coffee Show is slated for September 13-15, 2025, in Paris, marking the 20th edition of the event. The festival features an immersive experience across six capsules: Seed Pod (artisan village), Sugar Pod (sweets professionals' playground), Tech & Style Pod (equipment and table arts), Chefs Pod (Young Cuisine revolution), Kult' Pod (Omnivore Food Forum), and Liquid Pod (Specialty Coffee, wines, and spirits), co-organized with the Paris Coffee Show. The event brings together chefs, artisans, exhibitors, baristas, competitors, emerging talents, and professionals to innovate in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

⚽ Zinédine Zidane, a football legend and World Champion in 1998, has become the ambassador for Italy's first medical spa, Palace Merano, after a nearly 30-year association. The venue, honored to have Zidane, previously won the "Wellness & Spa Award 2025" by Condé Nast Traveller and was titled “Best Global Spa Hotel” by The Luxury Spa Edit. Zidane will aid in developing new wellness programs and initiatives.
