This expansion underscores Minor Hotels' strategic presence in the UAE and commitment to growing the Avani portfolio in key leisure destinations. Developed in collaboration with Al Fahim, a prestigious UAE family conglomerate.

🏠 Kerzner International will launch One&Only resort and Private Homes in 2028 in Hudson Valley, New York, marking its second establishment in the U.S. The project, developed with Nolan Reynolds International, includes unique gastronomic experiences through a partnership with the Culinary Institute of America. Located 90 minutes from Manhattan, near the cultural hub of Rhinebeck and historic Hyde Park, the resort aims to blend preserved nature, culinary heritage, and elegance with architecture that reflects local culture and materials.

🍔 Le Slimana, inaugurated in August 2023 in Marrakech's Medina, blends Moroccan tradition with Mediterranean influences across three floors. Named after an old dwelling of Sultan Slimane, it offers distinct spaces, including a ground floor jazz bar, and features authentic local craftsmanship in its decor.
