🏖️ Vacancéole, a vacation residence manager, reported a business volume of €13M in August, marking a 2% increase from the previous year. From July 1st to August 19th, the company welcomed 50,000 families, achieving an occupancy rate of 60% in July and 75% in August. Coastal residences accounted for 55% of bookings. Despite a challenging summer due to political events, sports (Euro football, Olympics), and unpredictable weather, the company saw a positive trend with a solid occupancy rate and increased last-minute bookings, according to General Manager Rémi Chrétien.

🏖 Villages Clubs du Soleil witnessed a 15% increase in clientele during the summer season, with 60,700 guests between July 1 and August 31, achieving an 82% occupancy rate. Top destinations included Soustons, Marseille, and Beg Meil. Revenue climbed to €26M, a 4% rise from the previous year, while mountain resorts saw a 4% dip in visitors. Notably, actions like "short stay" offers boosted client interest.

🏖️ Azureva, a family vacation specialist with 43 establishments across France, reported a successful summer 2024 with goals surpassed in occupancy rates and revenue. Summer occupancy jumped from 55% to 61.9% (April to September), peaking in August from 83.6% in 2023 to 89.7% in 2024. One in three bookings were last-minute. The first half of August saw occupancy rates hit 95%, with a 2% increase in the number of nights stayed, despite a decrease in the average length of stay.
