🏕 Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, a legendary Majorcan site, has reopened for its inaugural season as a revamped luxury sustainable vacation destination. The 40-hectare estate, nestled within a private expanse of carefully landscaped gardens, combines steep cliffs and secret beaches with glam-chic charm. 🏠 Eternam acquired the 3-star, 50-room Moulin Plaza hotel at the end of July, located at the foot of the Moulin Rouge in Paris's 9th arrondissement. A club deal involving around thirty private and institutional investors was structured for the acquisition. The hotel will undergo a renovation and upgrade program aimed at a 4-star classification, refreshing room layouts and common area decorations, to capitalize on its prime location between the Central Business District and Butte Montmartre.

🏦 Auberge Resorts Collection, known for its luxury hotels and resorts, has taken ownership of the new luxury hotel Cambridge House, located in the heart of Mayfair, central London. The hotel is set to open at the end of 2025, offering unparalleled service, multiple restaurants, and a luxurious spa. It is a part of Reuben Brothers' £1 billion renovation project covering 1.3 hectares in the Piccadilly Estate area, which includes the modernization of One Carrington residences and the iconic Shepherd Market's cobblestone streets. Auberge Resorts was selected by Reuben Brothers, global real estate leaders, to manage the property, which is the transformation of the former In and Out Military Club at 94 Piccadilly.
