L’Hôtel Bleu nomme Benjamin Deroche-Coyon Chef pâtissier de L’Oursin
🍮 Benjamin Deroche-Coyon, aged 26, was appointed as the pastry chef at L'Oursin, the gourmet restaurant of L'Hôtel Bleu in Carry-Le-Rouet, in September 2025. He brings his experience from prestigious institutions like the École Nationale Supérieure de la Pâtisserie and the École Ritz Escoffier. In 2024, he worked at the 2-Michelin-starred L’Oustau de Baumanière, and in 2023, he was the pastry chef at Le Récif - Les Roches Rouges.
