🏖️ Park Hyatt and Andaz brands are set to debut in Jaumur, a luxury cosmopolitan community in Magna on the Gulf of Aqaba coast. Hyatt announces plans to open two hotels, Park Hyatt Jaumur and Andaz Jaumur Marina, marking a significant expansion in Saudi Arabia and strengthening strategic collaboration with NEOM, a model for sustainable luxury living. Jaumur will feature a state-of-the-art 300-berth marina, entertainment, leisure, cultural experiences, and a deep-sea research center.

🏖️ IHG Hotels & Resorts opened Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar Resort & Spa in September 2024, marking its first lifestyle boutique hotel resort in the region. Located in Oman at 2,000 meters elevation, the resort features 173 rooms, suites, and chalets with breathtaking views of the "Green Mountain." The renovated 19th-century château is set in the forested Nonette Valley in Hauts-de-France. The project blended original heritage with elegant, modern designs. General Manager Olivier Resta is honored to oversee the property, a French heritage jewel catered to modern travelers.

🌏 IHG Hotels and Resorts announced a new Vignette Collection property, set to become the world's tallest hotel tower upon its 2025 opening in Dubai. Named Ciel, managed by The First Group Hospitality, the over 80-story skyscraper will feature 1,000+ rooms and suites, three restaurants, Dubai's highest infinity pool, a fitness center, spa, club lounge, and an observation bar and lounge with panoramic views. The property is already topped out with rapid construction progress.

🏨 Hotel Co 51 opened the Element by Westin® Wroclaw in September, adding a second Marriott brand to their European portfolio. The new hotel in southwest Poland's Wroclaw city features 115 rooms, catering to extended stays with eco-friendly and active lifestyle designs. It's the first extended stay hotel in Wroclaw, and the second Element hotel in Europe, offering pet-friendly accommodations, kitchen-equipped rooms, and wellness-inspired bathrooms.
