🏡 In June, Oceania Hotels acquired the 4-star Hôtel d’Anjou in Angers, marking its 31st establishment in France. Built in 1857 and recently renovated in 2022, the hotel is situated at 1 Boulevard du Maréchal Foch, 10 minutes from the train station. It features 54 well-lit rooms, a wellness area, seminar lounges, and a restaurant embellished with mosaics by ceramist Isidore Odorico.

🏡 CitizenM announced two new hotel openings in 2025: CitizenM Dublin St. Patrick's in Summer 2025 and another in London Olympia. The Dublin location, the first Irish establishment for CitizenM, will feature 245 rooms and retain the brutalist facade by Irish architect Sam Stephenson. 🏨 Marriott International partners with New Development Group to open its second EDITION hotel in Shanghai, scheduled for 2026. The luxury hotel, The Shanghai EDITION, Changfeng Park, located in the Putuo district near the Suzhou River and Changfeng Park, aims to redefine luxury with its visionary design and exceptional service.
