🏨 Foncière Concorde has started construction of a new-generation hotel at 42 Rue Archereau, Paris 19th arrondissement, aiming to redefine urban hospitality with a hybrid concept blending tourist accommodation and dining. Scheduled for completion in 2026, the hotel will offer 100 rooms, including 80 single 12 sqm rooms and 20 spacious dormitories for up to 8 people, ranging from 35 to 40 sqm.
