Le label Tourisme & Handicap : un levier majeur pour rendre notre tourisme plus inclusif
🧑🦯
Nathalie Delattre, ministre déléguée chargée du Tourisme, highlighted the importance of accessibility in tourism at the Pullman Paris Centre-Bercy, a hotel with the Tourisme & Handicap label. Celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Handicap Law of February 11, 2005, Delattre met with Accor group teams and experienced customer service tailored for auditory, mental, motor, and visual disabilities alongside Paralympians Hakim Arezki and Ryadh Sallem. The upcoming Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games are driving infrastructure accessibility improvements and behavior changes, aiming to benefit both French citizens and attract travelers.
