Adjusted EBITDA reached $255 million in Q4 and $1.096 billion for the year, with a portfolio of approximately 138,000 signed management or franchise rooms. Hyatt repurchased about 8 million shares for a total purchase price of $1.19 billion in 2024, returning $1.25 billion to shareholders through dividends and buybacks.
