🏨 Namron Hospitality will open Le Particulier Miami on November 1st. Located at 4130 Collins Avenue, it transforms the historic Art Deco Ocean Spray Hotel, originally built in 1936 by M.L. Hampton Associates. Initially named Carol Arms Hotel (1936–1939), it became Ocean Spray Hotel in 1939. During the 1940s, it hosted military personnel. The building, recognized for its iconic Art Deco style, has been on the National Register of Historic Places since April 22, 2004.

🏨 COMO Metropolitan Bangkok, a renowned COMO Hotels and Resorts location, has fully reopened in the vibrant Sathorn district. With 137 rooms and suites, the hotel has undergone a redesign by Italian designer Paola Navone, marking her second project with COMO in Asia.
