La Chine vise 300 000 taxis autonomes dans ses grandes villes d’ici 2030
🚗 China plans to deploy up to 300,000 driverless taxis in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou by 2030, potentially reaching 4 million by 2040. This surge leverages AI advancements, a dynamic auto industry, and state support since 2017. Chinese autonomous rides cost 22 cents/km, compared to $1.24/km in the US. The driverless taxi sector could generate €156 billion annually, capturing 6% of China's taxi market with over €34 billion in revenue. Baidu's Apollo Go has surpassed 11 million autonomous rides.
