Despite rainy weather during the 34th edition in Cannes, the occupancy in mid and high-end Cannes hotels declined by 1.2 points compared to 2023—a drop from 71.5% to 70.7%. However, the Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) saw a positive trend with a 4% rise, driven by a 5.8% increase in the average price. Performance peaked during the first two days, with higher occupancy and average prices, before reversing from March 13. Cannes and Antibes hotels also experienced a 1.5-point occupancy decrease but an 8.4% average price increase, resulting in a higher RevPAR boost for these locations.
