Staycity s’implante à Varsovie avec un premier aparthôtel
🏢 Staycity Aparthotel in Warsaw is converting a 2005 office building near the central business district into 268 apartments, offering studios and one-bedroom suites. The facility will include coworking spaces, a gym, a bar, a café, and a restaurant. Poland, the fifth-largest European economy, is strategic for Staycity’s market expansion, according to Andrew Fowler, CDO. The project, in partnership with Solida Capital, aligns with Warsaw's urban renewal efforts, driven by infrastructure growth like metro and tramway extensions.
