The event will feature masterclasses, workshops, and round-tables over four days, highlighting chefs, artisans, and coffee specialists. Paris Coffee Show runs from September 7-9, 2024, while Sirha Omnivore is from September 8-10, 2024, at Parc Floral Paris. Tickets are €15 online or €18 onsite, with free admission for professionals with a code. Events are scheduled from 10 am to 7 pm, except the last day until 6 pm.

🍴 Bernard Boutboul, director of Gira and author on SOS Experts, emphasizes the potential revenue increase for table-service restaurants by diversifying into various consumption moments like breakfast, lunch, snack, afterwork, and dinner. Adopting this strategy can boost revenue by 20-40% but requires a complete overhaul of operations, including team reorganization. The feasibility also depends on the establishment's location, whether it's residential, mixed, or work-oriented.

📍 Léa and Didier Lassarat manage several establishments including Le Vent d’ouest (1999), Les Pins de César (late 2017), both 4-star with a restaurant and Nuxe spa, and Les Enfants sages (2015) in Le Havre, France. Their new project, the Lilybloom hotel, won an award at the Salon du voyage insolite in Paris 2024. La Grande École, opened in 2023, employs 100 people and offers a tapas bar, pub, event rooms, a cooking school, and a 10-room outdoor hotel. They focus on short-term professional development courses.

🏆 During the first week of the Games (July 26 – August 2), the Métropole du Grand Paris welcomed 1.73 million tourists, a 18.9% increase from 2023. International visitors totaled 924,000, up 13.9% from 2023, with the top markets being the US (14.7%), Germany (6.6%), Brazil (5.5%), Great Britain (5.1%), and Spain (3.1%). French tourists accounted for 803,000, up 25.1% from the previous year. The average stay was 3.3 nights, up from 2.6 in 2023, with French tourists staying 3.4 nights and international guests 3.2 nights. Hotel occupancy is expected to hit 86% in the second week of the Games (August 5-11).
