🏨 CRISTAL Life's international expansion continues with the acquisition of a new 4-star hotel in Mojácar, Andalusia. Managed by Inter Gestion REIM, this is the second hotel in their portfolio. Operated by Senator Hotels & Resorts, it marks their second partnership. The hotel, near the beach, is in the dynamic Almería tourist area. The 6,810 m² complex features 190 rooms, offering leisure services, reinforcing CRISTAL Life’s geographical and sectoral diversification strategy.

🏨 TUI Hotels & Resorts plans to expand in Africa with new openings under TUI Blue, TUI Suneo, and The Mora brands. It currently operates 97 hotels across 8 African countries, offering over 30,000 rooms. Recent openings include TUI Blue Samaya in Marsa Alam, Egypt (143 rooms), and TUI Suneo Palm Beach Skanes in Tunisia (294 rooms). TUI Blue Tamala in Gambia (140 rooms) will open by 2025, and a new TUI Blue in Côte d’Ivoire is slated for 2027.
