Gaspillage alimentaire, RSE, Monde | Le Hyatt Regency Sydney intègre la solution Goterra et devient leader mondial !
🌿 Hyatt Regency Sydney, Australia's largest hotel with 878 rooms, leads in food waste reduction. General Manager Jane Lyons says they convert food waste into sustainable protein for agriculture, feeding chickens at their egg supplier, Hilltops Free Range, creating a circular economy. In partnership with Goterra, the hotel has the world’s first food waste management system combining insect farming and robotics. The system, created by Goterra CEO Olympia Yarger, employs "Maggot Robots" that reduce food waste by 95% in 24 hours. M&L Hospitality spearheaded the project.
