Conversion, Italie | À Porto Ercole, « Fabbriqa », dernier projet inclusif du groupe Erqole dirigé par Flavio Bucciarelli
🏙 Cirio's first sardine and anchovy canning factory opened in 1926 in Porto Ercole, Tuscany. After expansion in the 1970s, it closed in 1984 and remained unused for nearly 40 years. Erqole, owner of La Roqqa, Torre di Cala Piccola, and Isolotto Beach Club, bought the site in 2016. The Fabbriqa project aims to transform the old factory into a proud local hospitality venue by its 40th closure anniversary, enhancing local employment and preserving the community.
