🏖️ The Regent Santa Monica Beach, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts' luxury and lifestyle portfolio, reintroduces the iconic Regent name to Los Angeles as the brand's first flagship establishment in the Americas. With 167 rooms and suites, many offering panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Santa Monica Beach, General Manager Younes Atallah takes pride in bringing the storied brand to Southern California. The hotel, originally located in Beverly Hills and featured in "Pretty Woman," now stands steps away from the famous Santa Monica Pier.

🏖️ MGallery Collection expands in Greater China with the Chengdu Expo Waterfall Hotel. Located in Chengdu's new eastern zone, the 172-room hotel is part of the Chengdu International Horticultural Expo 2024 site. Gary Rosen, CEO of Accor Greater China, highlights the hotel's sustainable luxury and Chengdu’s progress as a park city. The hotel joins Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu – MGallery and the upcoming Chengdu Financial City – MGallery Collection.

🏦 In Abidjan, the Council of Ministers approved a decree for a concession agreement for the rehabilitation, expansion, and operation of the former SIETHO hotel in Dimbokro. The project, a partnership between the Ivorian state and Groupe Famah La Renaissance SA, includes renovation of existing structures and construction of new buildings to increase capacity. The operation's total cost is over 4 million euros, funded entirely by the private sector, specifically Groupe Famah La Renaissance SA. Previously, in 2019, the Ivorian press reported on the anticipated refurbishment of the ex-Hotel La Renaissance, managed by Sietho from 1974 to 1984.

🏡 Private investor acquires Garden Hôtel & Apparts in Rennes and two adjacent properties, facilitated by Tourny Meyer. The deal includes the 3-star Garden Rennes Centre Gare with 25 rooms and 8 apartments at 3 rue Jean Marie Duhamel, near cultural landmarks and metro (500m) and train station (700m). Tourny Meyer also managed the sale of the former Richemond hotel. The strategic acquisitions aim to create a unique 70-room hotel project in Rennes' city center.

🏨 En avril 2023, Eklo lève 35 millions d’euros pour financer son expansion incluant 10 nouveaux hôtels en France sur 5 ans, avec l’ouverture d’Eklo Nantes en été 2025. Le futur hôtel est situé sur l’île de Nantes, face aux Machines de l’Ile, dans un projet mixte nommé "Fusion", en pleine transformation urbaine menée par l’aménageur La Samoa.

🎉 Founders Vincent Luftman, Tobias Chaix, and Raphaël Blanc of Indie Group will open the Cat Club in Courchevel on December 20, 2024. The trio, with six successful venues in Saint Tropez, including Playamigos, Indie Beach, La Sauvageonne, Pablõ, Café de l’Ormeau, and Cherry, also plan to launch La Sauvageonne in Megève, and have future expansion plans for Paris since Indie Group's inception in 2016. The group's philosophy is to offer engaging, demanding, and memorable hospitality, moving away from glitz towards genuine dining experiences.
