🏨 Oberoi Hotels & Resorts will establish its first boutique luxury hotel in London's Mayfair at 40-46 Brook Street. Grosvenor received building restoration permission in 2022 for the 10,000 sqm property, part of the largest mixed-use development in the West End, which includes new offices, homes, cafes, shops, restaurants, and community and leisure spaces.
