Titres restaurants | Pour la CNTR*, la concertation, unique voie pour moderniser et conforter le dispositif

💰 CNTR (Commission Nationale des Titres-Restaurant) has extended the use of restaurant vouchers for all food products for one year. Since the mid-80s, vouchers have been accepted in large and medium-sized stores (GMS). Last year, 75% of voucher purchases in these stores were for immediately consumable food preparations. Since 2009, these vouchers could also buy fruits and vegetables. CNTR, along with restaurant representatives and most of its members, opposes making vouchers a "cart title" to preserve the system's tax exemption related to its specific purpose in the employment contract.

🏡 Linkcity (Bouygues construction) signed a Vente en l’État Futur d’Achèvement (VEFA) with Central 1928 for an ecological 4-star Hampton by Hilton hotel with 137 rooms, set to open in the first half of 2026 in Saint-Ouen, near the future Grand Paris Nord hospital-university campus. Managed by Bouygues Bâtiment Île-de-France and aiming for minimal disruption to residents, the building will feature energy-saving technologies and be connected to the urban heating network. It aligns with the E+C- label for low-carbon buildings and is part of Linkcity's commitment to deliver only low-carbon or rehabilitation projects by 2030. The hotel will provide temporary accommodation and incorporate sand-blasted brick facades, a green roof, and additional greenery. The project marks a transformation from a dilapidated hotel demolished in 2024. The architect for the project is BLAU.

His career includes positions at Four Seasons, Raffles Dubai, Fairmont Raffles Hotels International, with experience dating back to 2002 and involvement in the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
