🏠 February 2025: Locke unveils "Le Jardin de Verre by Locke", its first property in France located in Paris' Latin Quarter. The 17th property of the group, situated on rue de Lacépède near the Panthéon and Sorbonne University, features 145 rooms across 11 categories, including two prestigious suites – the Suite Bégonia and Penthouse Suite. Amenities include a gym, yoga studio, cafe, courtyard dining, and a triple-height restaurant with a bar, terrace, and cocktail bar. The design integrates historical elements from its two 16th-century private mansions and a 19th-century industrial factory, with an entrance through an 18th-century Parisian residence. Designed by Fettle, the interior boasts abundant vegetation and maximized natural light.
