🏡 Effective February 1st, Auberge Resorts Collection has taken over the operation of Geneva's historic The Woodward, formerly under the Oetker Collection, now managed by the well-regarded Jean-Marie Le Gall. The Woodward, a luxury hotel and outstanding gastronomic destination with a Belle Époque facade from 1901, features 26 uniquely designed, spacious suites by designer Pierre-Yves Rochon, most offering stunning views of Lake Geneva and the Alps. This partnership with The Bastion Collection heralds a new chapter of luxury and innovation for one of Geneva's most iconic destinations.

🏌️ Henderson Park, in partnership with Salamander Collection and South Street Partners, acquired PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, from Brookfield Asset Management for an estimated $425 million in late last year. PGA National Resort, opened in 1981, covers over 300 hectares, offers 360 rooms, 99 championship golf holes, and a 40,000 square-foot spa. It has hosted the Cognizant Classic of the PGA TOUR since 2007.

🏖 Autograph Collection Hotels unveils Veranda Resort Phuket, its first establishment on the island and third in Thailand, featuring 159 luxurious rooms, suites, and pool villas. The resort combines natural materials with local artisan artworks, offering private terraces with Ao Yon Bay views. Brad Edman, Marriott International VP for Thailand, Cambodia, and Myanmar, emphasizes the unique blend of tropical beauty and authentic heritage that Phuket offers.

🏠 Explorer Investments, under founding partners Rodrigo Guimarães and Elizabeth Rothfield, acquired Douro Royal Valley Hotel & SPA and Douro Palace Hotel Resort & SPA in Douro Valley, launching their Hospitality I Fund. The Douro Royal Valley Hotel, a five-star establishment with 84 rooms, was inaugurated in 2013, featuring three restaurants, an infinity pool, conference center, and a spa. The four-star Douro Palace Hotel Resort offers 60 rooms, three restaurants, vineyards, an organic farm, and a spa, set in a 10-hectare protected forest. The investment aims to enhance the hotels' national market presence and international reach, including sustainability and modernization initiatives.
