A graduate of the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, Bonard has worked with top brands like Hyatt International and Wynn Resorts. He recently served as Senior Vice President – Hotel Operations at Wynn Palace in Macao for almost seven years and prior as Vice President – Food and Beverage at Wynn Macau for around six years. His achievements include Forbes and Michelin recognitions, and he has held key positions in Europe and Asia.

🏎 The Nièvre Departmental Council and Courbet Héritage signed a 70-year emphyteutic lease to transform the hospitality around the Nevers-Magny-Cours circuit into a premier motorsport and business tourism destination. President of the Council, Fabien Bazin, and Jean-François Ott, President of Courbet Héritage, agreed to develop over 3 hectares into hotels, with a three-phase plan including a motorsport entertainment hub. Phase 1 involves renovating an old agricultural school into a 100-room 3-star hotel by 2030. Phase 2 will convert former AFPA premises into a 50-100 room 5-star hotel, and Phase 3 focuses on creating a motorsport entertainment area.

The projects by Devprayag Ganges Resorts Pvt Ltd. and Jamuna Hotel Enterprises Pvt Ltd. are designed by architect Bill Bensley. This growth includes 19 projects with 16 hotels, two luxury boats, and a Nile cruiser set for 2029.

Dining options include Iñaki with Basque grill, P72 with cuisine respecting Japan's 72 micro-seasons, the Nijiri Tea Lounge for regional teas, and Barin for teppanyaki. Patina Wellness spans 1,400 m² and features therapies such as cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and infrared saunas.
