The project, a collaboration between Chapitre Six and Lionel Bensemoun, has interior spaces redesigned by Marion Collard and involves an 18-artist team. Supported by the Greenline Foundation under Sarah Valente's presidency, it aims to blend art, nature, and history. Located less than 60 minutes from Paris, La Folie Barbizon offers immersive art experiences, bike rides, sauna relaxation, and homemade herbal tea.

The average lease term is 18 years before the first termination option, providing long-term revenue stability.

ECG now operates over 450 sites with more than 56,000 pitches and a 48,000 mobile home fleet, achieving a 15% annual revenue growth and tripling its profits.

London tourism has surged by 25% in 2023 to 20.3 million visitors, with a 10% projection for 2024. The hotel, designed by Ritchie Design Partners, will offer rooms starting at £1,000 per night.
