H World International annonce l’expansion de Zleep Hotels en Europe

AccorInvest se renforce avec une nouvelle obligation de 650 M€

💰 AccorInvest, a major player in European hotel management and ownership, successfully issued a second bond for €650 million. The fixed 5.5% coupon bond with a seven-year maturity will diversify debt and extend the company's financial commitments. Funds will repay other debts, strengthening financial stability. Following a €750 million bond issue just one month prior, these moves signify market confidence in AccorInvest's business strategy, with over 700 hotels in Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Financial advisor Rothschild & Cie and legal advisor Latham & Watkins facilitated the deal, with BNP Paribas as the global coordinator, alongside BofA Securities Europe, Crédit Agricole CIB, Natixis, and Société Générale.
