🏖️ Hyatt Hotels Corporation announces the upcoming opening of Me and All Hotel Flims, the first of its brand outside Germany, in the Swiss Alps of Grisons. With 73 units, including 47 rooms and 26 apartments, it becomes the fifth Hyatt-branded hotel in Switzerland. The move marks Me and All's expansion into new markets, offering spaces for travelers and local communities, as stated by Michel Morauw of Hyatt. The brand, which has six establishments in Germany, aims for growth in Europe and beyond.

🏖️ Accor plans numerous openings by 2025 across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, with a focus on sustainable development. Notable openings include Fairmont Golden Prague in the Czech Republic (320 rooms), Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol in Spain (311 rooms), The Hoxton Florence in Italy (161 rooms), and MGallery Biarritz in France (150 rooms). Raffles Jeddah in Saudi Arabia will feature 142 rooms and 40 suites, while Raffles Sentosa in Singapore will have 62 villas. Swissôtel Doha Corniche Park Towers in Qatar will offer 200 rooms and 142 apartments. Banyan Tree Escape in Tanzania, Mandai Rainforest Resort in Singapore (338 rooms), and Green Coast Hotel in Albania (112 rooms) will expand Accor's presence in Africa. Mövenpick Resort Agios Nikolaos Sivota in Greece will have 67 rooms.

🏡 Marriott Bonvoy announces new hotel openings for 2025 in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Casa Brera, Milan, offering 116 rooms, opens January 2025. Cappadocia Marriott Hotel, Turkey, with 298 rooms, also launches January 2025. The Palace, Madrid, features 470 renovated rooms, available from March 2025. W Florence and The Lake Como EDITION, both in Italy, will provide 119 and 145 rooms respectively, opening Spring 2025. Each property showcases a blend of local heritage and modern design.

🏨 S+A (Saraiva + Associados) announces the opening of Hotel DUO Boavista Lisbon, now part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, featuring a LEED Gold certified project that merges historical Lisbon architecture with modern design. The hotel consists of two buildings, including a restored Pombaline-style building on Boavista street, maintaining traditional elements like tiled facades and thick masonry walls. Hilton is currently offering 14 job positions.

🏨 SOHOMA and EXTENDAM acquired the 4-star Best Western Pont Wilson hotel in Lyon's 3rd arrondissement. The hotel features 54 rooms, coworking space, and seminar rooms. This purchase increases the portfolio of the two groups to 21 establishments. The location is between Presqu'île and Part-Dieu business center, close to the Rhône River banks.

🏚 Hyatt will open its first "Destination by Hyatt" in Greece on Paros Island in the Cyclades by 2026. Partnering with Parostec, a family-owned construction firm with over 160 projects in Athens and the Cyclades, and managed by SWOT Hospitality, the hotel aims to enhance Paros' appeal with a local and premium stay experience. The hotel will feature 50 rooms, including 25 suites, 39 private pools, 11 jacuzzis, a restaurant, thematic dining, and a wellness spa. Designed by Makridis and Associates, this project promotes local culture, supports community initiatives, and emphasizes environmental respect.
