The expansion adds over 1,400 rooms to Wyndham's global portfolio. The new establishments, part of Wyndham's Registry Collection and Trademark Collection, will operate seasonally from March to October. Featured resorts include Grand Palladium Select Palace Ibiza and Grand Palladium White Island Resort & Spa in Ibiza, each offering a range of amenities like bars, restaurants, entertainment, and a spa.

🏨 Radisson Hotel Group's first Radisson RED in Ireland opens October in Galway as part of the Crown Square project. The Radisson RED Galway, with 177 rooms over eight stories, offers a mix of art, music, and fashion. Its rooftop bar and restaurant overlook Galway Bay and Clare hills. The hotel boasts over 400 square meters of event space, including a versatile 300 square meter conference room and a 200 square meter meeting area. This space features modern audiovisual technology and can host up to 220 people in the Tribe Suite.

🏨 Accor to open five new Ibis family hotels in Germany by 2025, catering to the growing demand for budget-friendly travel. Ibis Styles Neckarsulm, with 97 rooms, emphasizes sustainability and local culture, opens spring 2025. Two hotels, Ibis and Ibis Budget, each offering 114 rooms, to serve Berlin-Brandebourg Airport travelers, also slated for spring 2025. Ibis Styles Hamburg HafenCity features 403 rooms within a larger district development, set for mid-2025 opening.

🏨 WorldHotels™ expands its Crafted Collection with new hotels in North America and Europe, targeting business and leisure travelers with local culture, comfort, and service. City Hotel Gouda in the Netherlands features art reflecting local cultural history and multipurpose event spaces. Elm Hurst Inn & Spa in Ontario, Canada, established in 1872, offers 45 rooms, three luxury suites, and a spa. Hotel Flaner in Warsaw, Poland, has over 70 Art deco-style rooms and meeting facilities, located near cultural attractions.

🏖️ Preferred Hotels & Resorts will expand its luxury portfolio with 10 new properties, scheduled to open between September 2024 and 2025. The openings include Peter Island Resort in the British Virgin Islands with 52 rooms, suites, and villas, opening in December 2024; Royal Hideaway Corales Villas in Tenerife, Spain, featuring 139 rooms and suites, opening in March 2025; and ÓROS in Crete, Greece, offering 117 rooms, suites, and villas, four restaurants, and family amenities, opening in May 2025.

🏨 Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group to manage two European hotels from early 2025: Hôtel Lutetia in Paris and Hôtel Conservatorium in Amsterdam, expanding their portfolio. Hôtel Lutetia, opened in 1910, features 184 rooms, 47 suites, and a holistic wellness center. The group already has a property on Paris's Rive Droite, offering a diverse luxury experience with local heritage.

🤗 AccorInvest sold its Brazilian hotel portfolio to investment bank BTG Pactual, focusing on their asset management plan to concentrate on economic and mid-range hospitality segments in Europe. Since 2021, AccorInvest has been streamlining its assets, following similar sales in Australia, Africa in 2021, and Japan in late 2023. The Brazilian portfolio included 22 properties across five states. AccorInvest announced an asset sale plan in early 2023, targeting 1.7 billion euros in disposals, prioritizing full ownership over leased hotels in Europe.
