AI is credited with "significant" time savings (80%), customer relations improvement (45%), and cost optimization (44%). However, concerns about AI include potential dehumanization (41%) and lack of control (19%). Methodology: In-person 15-minute interviews during the event on March 19-20, 2025. Respondents: 55% independent hoteliers, 45% chain-affiliated; roles varied from General Managers (35%) to marketing, HR, IT Directors (34%), and operational staff (31%).
