However, concerns about AI include potential dehumanization (41%) and lack of control (19%). Methodology: In-person 15-minute interviews during the event on March 19-20, 2025. Respondents: 55% independent hoteliers, 45% chain-affiliated; roles varied from General Managers (35%) to marketing, HR, IT Directors (34%), and operational staff (31%).

Onfly raised €35 million to modernize travel & expenses in Latin America. Roh secured €8 million for automating hotel payments. Rimigo, using AI for customized travel, raised €484,000. Fora Travel raised €35 million to revolutionize travel agencies. Roamr, reducing business travel costs by 30%, garnered €2.6 million. Visa2Fly obtained €1.7 million for automating visa applications. CleanMob raised €1.3 million to enhance fleet management with AI.
