Radisson annonce la réouverture de Das Triest à Vienne

🏨 Radisson Blu Das Triest Hotel in Vienna, set to re-open in March 2025, will undergo a complete renovation, preserving original design elements while adding art. This 120-room hotel was the city's first design hotel in 1995. Located in the 4th district, it will feature the Silver Bar, Italian cuisine at the main restaurant on Rilkeplatz, five meeting rooms for up to 284 guests, fitness facilities, and a sauna. Meublés de tourisme : les syndicats hôteliers saluent la future loi de régulation

🏠 L'Assemblée nationale française votera le 7 novembre sur une loi pour réguler les meublés de tourisme. La proposition de loi, adoptée en janvier 2024 par Annaïg Le Meur (Renaissance) et Iñaki Echaniz (PS), a été agréée par une commission mixte le 28 octobre après 4 heures de négociations. Elle limite l'abattement fiscal à 30% pour les revenus jusqu'à 15 000 euros et impose une déclaration en mairie avec DPE de score minimal E, devant passer à D d'ici 2034, pour toute mise en location saisonnière.
