Conçu par AvroKO et EPR Architects, il inclura le premier Six Senses Place du Royaume-Uni, un club privé dédié au bien-être. Six Senses London, dirigé par Taffryn Kinsey Ellis, s'inscrit dans la stratégie d'IHG pour étendre son expertise bien-être en métropoles. The Whiteley, ouvert en 1863, sera reconverti, préservant sa façade classée.
