📒 Since August 2022, a 3rd-generation family-owned 4-star hotel with 30 rooms, a restaurant, and spa in Haute-Savoie sought restructuring of tariffs, a pricing strategy, and improved visibility and revenues. For winter 2022/2023, they achieved an 8% increase in accommodation revenue and maintained E-reputation scores. Summer 2023 saw a 35% increase in accommodation revenue, with 56% coming from direct bookings, 33% from OTAs, and 11% from agencies and TOs. The upcoming winter 2023/2024 projects an 18.5% rise in accommodation revenue compared to 2022/2023. Additionally, over 32 trainees in France and DOMs were trained in Yield Management since June 2023.
