CDS Groupe renforce sa position de leader européen des solutions pour le voyage d’affaires grâce à l’acquisition de SIAP en Italie

🏢 CDS Groupe acquires SIAP, Italy's top ERP solutions provider for business travel agencies (TMCs), adding 90 employees for a total of 450 across France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Croatia, and Romania. SIAP, with 40+ years in software, retains autonomy and targets €1 billion annual hotel bookings within three years. CDS Groupe, led by S4BT (Solutions for Business Travel), now encompasses CDS, CRC (Corporate Rates Club), Goelett, and SIAP. Acquisition announced on Wednesday, November 27, 2024.

IFTM : Ce que CDS Groupe a concocté pour la rentrée des agences de voyages

📅 Vincent Zaldivar of CDS Groupe will host travel agencies and TMCs at IFTM's business club from September 17-19, revealing new offerings from Hugo Vicherat, VP of Product, Strategy, and Partnership. Vicherat, with a background at Amadeus and Expedia, targets tool performance, efficiency, and productivity. Partnering with hotel ecosystems like Amadeus, Booking, and Expedia, 90% of bookings focus on 40,000 hotels. CDS was first to identify hotels with electric charging stations, emphasizes RSE criteria, and partners with SHeTravel for women's safety. CDS technology allows booking for over 9 people, outperforming GDS limitations. The company practices agile development with biweekly updates, sharing generated revenues transparently with agents and planning a visual overhaul of Travelroom by year-end. CDS and IFTM will continue "mini-lives of business travel" in October, leading up to the 2025 business travel trendsetting event.

CDS Groupe étend son partenariat avec Amadeus à la suite de son expansion en Europe

💸 CDS Groupe, a French business hotel solutions company, expanded its relationship with travel technology leader Amadeus after acquiring Goelett, an online booking tool, and Corporate Rates Club (CRC), a Germany-based HBT. This expansion in Europe allows the clients of the three brands to access Amadeus Hotels and Amadeus Value Hotels content, offering over a million establishments worldwide, including 320 major hotel chains. The partnership supports CDS Groupe's large-scale European expansion and provides global coverage to meet client and distributor needs.
