L’école Ferrandi ouvre ses cuisines à la première Masterclass de la Charal Académie
🍽 Charal Restauration inaugurated its first Masterclass of Charal Académie at Ferrandi Paris last Wednesday. With chef Clément Bouvier as jury president, this initiative aims to challenge frozen meat stereotypes. The program offers 30 annual trainings across France, promoting culinary creativity with frozen products. During the 3-hour session, students crafted gourmet street food using 100% French beef. In 2026, Charal Académie will launch a national challenge for hospitality students.
